PROGRAMS AVAILABLE:

Spanish & Surfing:
Learn to speak Spanish and Surf in Manta, Ecuador. This program offers TWO weeks of intensive individual Spanish instruction (4 hours per day) accompanied by a basic surfing course with an accredited instructor (2 hours per day). Surf board is included. Accommodation with a host family or student apartment is also included. Special: US$ 700 for 2 weeks, for each additional week add on $350 per week. Please note that for June to November if the surf is not running at the beach close to our school, we travel to the break at Los Pinos. An extra transport fee of $30 applies (paid on site only if needed)

Intensive Spanish:
Individual attention program consisting of 4 per day, Monday to Friday, from 8:30am-12:30pm It is a program designed for the foreign visitor that needs to gain the most out of their short time with the Institute. The class will include intensive grammar study, vocabulary, reading and pronunciation of the Spanish language with useful exercises and conversation practice.
NB Registration fee included. Please add you accommodation option and cost.

Group Spanish Classes (3-5 students)
15 hours per week:$75 USD per week
20 hours per week:$100 USD per week
25 hours per week:$125 USD per week
NB per add $20 one off registration fee

Manta Activo:
Weekly individual attention program of 30-35 hours combining Spanish classes with daily visits within and outside of the city. This program will allow the student the opportunity to put into practice Spanish that is learned in the class by means of different excursions with their professor.
Spanish classes, excursions and Home Stay accommodation is Included in this price

Ecological Volunteer Program (minimum 6 weeks):-
This includes 2 weeks of Individual Spanish classes, 6 hours per day.
Followed by 4 weeks working as a volunteer on an ecological farm with full immersion in the Manabí farming community doing reforestation, nursery work, sowing seeds, picking fruit, creation and maintenance of vegetable gardens, compost making and working in the environmental school giving classes (optional). This is a great opportunity to experience life with a rural Ecuadorian family and learn ecological farming practices
For a 6 week program this  includes 2 weeks (60 hours total) of Spanish lessons and 14 days Homestay with a family. Then is 4 weeks working on a farm, including lodgings and all meals . $1.014US. Registration fee is included.

Accommodation Options.

NB: Accommodation is already INCLUDED in the Surfing, Manta Activo and Volunteer programs. The below options are only needed for Intensive Spanish or Group Spanish classes.

Home Stay
With a Host family: Spanish students have the option of staying with an Ecuadorian family that will receive them as a member of the household. With the home-stay the student can expect: Private room inside the house of the family. All meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Laundry: minimum once per week. Participation in the family life, having the opportunity to consistently practice the Spanish that is learned in class. Student's apartment: The school has a fully furnished department (with hot water, tv cable, etc.) where the students who want more independence has an excellent choice. Meals or laundry service are not included.

Accommodation with a family (bedroom, all meals and laundry service): $112US per week

Students Apartment:
You want some more freedom and don't want to have a home  stay? We have some very nice, tidy and comfortable student apartments close to the school and the beach as another great option.
Students Apartment (fully furnished): $70 US per week
